Woodland Creek Map
The Woodland Creek Map identifies each homesite with a lot number as offered by the developer, Hartman Communities. Details are provided about each homesite and includes the lot size, basement type (walkout/lookout/full), the unique features of the homesite like a Creek View, Wooded View, Wetland View, Corner Lot, etc. It includes the current price if the homesite is “Open to the Public”. If the site is part of the Builder Group, or purchased by an independent builder, please contact the builder directly for pricing and availability.
All Single-Family Homesites in Phase 1 and 2 can accommodate a variety of home styles with a three-car garage.
The Phase 3 Villa style homes have an association to maintain the lawn services, snow removal and garbage collection. Villa homes on Campfire Drive East are built by Woodridge Homes LLC.
The Phase 4 Villa style homes on Woods Point are built by Key Land Homes. They are listed on the MLS as detached townhomes and have an association for lawn care, snow removal and garbage collection services.
