Woodland Creek in Waconia MN is a beautiful neighborhood with preserved natural features located East of MN Hwy 284 and South of the Sierra neighborhood. The Woodland Creek property is approximately 40 acres of wooded and rolling land as well as multiple wetlands and a segment of Carver Creek.

Single-Family Homesite Specs

The homesites are approximately 70’ wide by 125’ deep. All sites back up to some form of natural open space such as woods, wetlands, pond, park, conservation buffer or streams.
