Custom Home Builders for Woodland Creek Waconia MN

We have partnered with local custom home builders to participate in our builder group in Waconia’s custom home development, Woodland Creek, located on a wooded parcel on the East side of Hwy 284 about a mile South of Hwy 5. Woodland Creek is developed by Hartman Communities LLC and consists of 70’ wide single family lots and 65’ wide villa style lots. We opened the development in June 2021. Please feel free to grab a friend or loved one and drive through the neighborhood!

There are “Open to the public” lots available in each of the single family phases for those looking for a specific opportunity. We have identified one builder to concentrate on the Villas on Campfire Drive East and a different builder who is building Villas on Woods Point.
